The Village Cake Station is a bakery and cake design studio, run by Kathy Orme,  which produces bespoke cakes for any occasion, be it a single celebratory cake or a number of tiered cakes or even hand-decorated cupcakes.  Based in Newdigate, Surrey, on the Surrey/Sussex borders.  Kathy can assist you to choose the cake for the occasion you have in mind, from initial consultation through to finalised design.  Just decide if you would prefer the luxury range or standard range of cakes she produces. 

Birthdays, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, christenings, religious festivals, seasonal cakes and other events such as retirements are catered for, not forgetting corporate cakes and civil partnerships.  Think of a reason for a celebration and you’ve thought of a good reason to order a cake!

Luxury or Standard ranges

Luxury cakes are all baked and prepared in house – from scratch – ensuring you ultimate freshness and taste.  Cakes are made using only the finest ingredients, including – where possible – organic eggs and organic butter and locally sourced ingredients.

Standard cakes are still made to a high quality, but with the cost taken into consideration, so cake mixes may be used for some recipes as may cakes sourced from a reputable supplier – so not made entirely on site.
